As co-founder of Digerati, Joe directs the company’s software development department He has extensive experience in design and development of object-oriented and highly reusable systems. Joe received his BSE in Computer Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. |

JoAnne Thompson - Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, JoAnne looks beyond the balance sheet with an eye toward the needs of Digerati's clients. She received her Bachelor of Accountancy from Walsh College in Troy, Michigan and CPA license from the State of Michigan. |

Mark is responsible for the development of Digerati's Project Management Office and also directs staff augmentation. A certified Project Manager, Mark received his BA in Management and Psychology from Albion College and has a Masters of Information Systems from Walsh College. |

Danny coordinates new business development and organizational development for Digerati. Tyson graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 2001 and carries technical certifications such as MCP, MCSA, A+, Net+, and Security+. Tyson brings a wide array of technical knowledge to Digerati. His previous work has included diverse environments ranging from call centers to networks run by Ford Motor Company. |
